Cancelation Policy | Returns and Refunds


Cancelation Policy:
For all individual orders offered in the shop,  cancelations are accepted within 48 hours of the order placement date. Due our fast order process, no cancelation will be accepted after 48 hours of the date the order was placed. Cancellations could be made under manage my subscription tab or calling Customer Service 1800 826 0231 Mon-Fri 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET you will receive a cancelation number.

Returns and refunds:

Return Policies: • All returns must have a Return number • All returns must be requested within 48 hours from the date of order arrival confirmation • If approved, all returns need to be made within 7 days from the approval date • Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging • Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Credit cards may take additional days to reflect the deposit in your account •
Gift recipients may only return their gift for a gift card Replacements. In collaboration with our shipping and handling partners, we take great care to provide the best shipping and handling experience. In the rare case you receive a broken item, please send us a picture at adminp@finetasteclub.com and contact call Customer Service within 48 hours of your order arrival date at 1 800 826 0231 we will be happy to replace the product
