Iberico loin is a hand-made piece of art. Pork loin from Iberico pork, hand-trimmed and marinated with salt, pimenton,
garlic and olive oil is made into a sausage and air cured for 3 to 4 months.
The meat, deep red from pimenton and marble-like in appearance, melts in the mouth, releasing a delicate flavor
and a pleasant aroma that is uniquely Iberico. Perfect for an elegant charcuterie plate.
The certified free range 100% acorn pigs are fed in the unique ecosystems of the "Dehesas" which are Mediterranean Oak trees forests where the pigs are let free to feed from acorns and the high nutritional mountain grasses, a pork paradise!
